1. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Yes, we deliver to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some countries we are unable to ship to. If your country is among them, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Costs:

– Standard Shipping: $7 – $10

– Express Shipping: $55

2. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS DUTIES?

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may apply once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs duties may apply upon arrival in your country.

3. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please also note:

• The estimated delivery time does not include our processing time of 5–7 days, nor weekends or public holidays.
• During high shipping demand periods, delivery may be delayed.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 20–25 days
• Express Shipping: 7–10 days

4. WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

5. MY TRACKING STATUS SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE".

For some shipping carriers, it takes 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If there is still no information after 7–10 days, please contact us.

6. WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages – even if you selected combined shipping.
